Brasero does not recognize written DVD-RW media

Tried to delete a previously written DVD-RW but brasero didn't even recognize it. So I needet to use another system (windows) to delete the DVD-RW. Afterwards the DVD-RW is recognized by brasero but with only 6.5MiB free space listed.

I remember I had these problems with previous versions of brasero, too.
