Shutdown dialog immediately reopens after being cancelled

Bug Description

In my laptop Toshiba Satellite PRO A-60, when I am pushing the shutdown button, the dialog with action open ...

But, if I click in the "Cancel" button, this dialog open a second time.

The third time, it's OK.

Logout dialog should not accept his own duplication.
