Bug Description

Go to Resources->Tools->IDEs http://developer.ubuntu.com/resources/tools/ides/ and click “Quickly workflow and tools” and you end up on Page not found.
URL is http://developer.ubuntu.com/get-started/quickly-workflow-and-tools/ but correct and working is http://developer.ubuntu.com/get-started/quickly-workflow

This is the same broken link as was fixed in bug #966081 (not setting as duplicate, as it's not on the same page)
