Bug Description

When I create a Libre Office Writer document and save it in my home directory, when I open it after having it closed (the window is maximized when I close the document) the maximize, minimize and close icons on the top left of the unity pannel do not appear, the document is maximized and double clicking on the top bar does non unmaximize it.
See attached image.
