Please provide translator comment for string "QT_LAYOUT_DIRECTION"

Bug Description

When translating unity-2d on launchpad I came across the the string "QT_LAYOUT_DIRECTION" and in the suggestions from other translation I noticed that one of them was LTR, which might suggest that I am not supposed to translate this literally but with my language's reading directions. However, without a comment from the developers there is no way for me to know.
