Bug Description
The (optional) splash screen shown when launching OpenLP seems to be set to be "Always on top". Even if another program is made active, the OpenLP logo remains topmost - and it cannot be moved. However, the Alt-Tab switcher does appear in front of the OpenLP logo (but this is expected for "Always on top" behavior).
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium x64
OpenLP ver: 1.9.7
Steps:
1. Launch OpenLP
2. While splash screen is displayed, switch to another application such as Explorer.
3. Expected behaviour: other application comes to front.
Actual behaviour: OpenLP logo remains in front.
