Bug Description
What determines the time format on the stage view clock? The format settings on the host computer as well as the stage view device (Android 2.3.3 phone) are set to 24-hour format, yet the stage view clock shows 12-hour time.

Rather than adding yet more configuration options to OpenLP, I was only wondering, if it wouldn't be possible to let the browser handle the time format? Some web pages manage to display date and time according to the regional settings in my operating system, and apparently browsers can work with these system settings for date and time display.
Just a thought.
Love the work you all are doing. Been using OpenLP at church since 1.9.3 and am impressed how it keeps getting better with every nightly build.
