update-manager crashed with AptDaemonError in _convert_dbus_exception(): org.debian.apt: Could not cancel transaction

From what I can tell update_manager crashed after completing a batch of 78 updates. I ran a sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get upgrade after the crash and it appears that the update-manager crash had no untoward results as far as the package system goes.
