Bug Description
If a file or its folder name contains non-ASCII characters, it's not recognized when trying to upload its subtitle.
To reproduce, try to add "é" in the video filename.

The same occurs when downloading a subtitle, the progress bar remains on 0% and the only possible option is the button "Abandon".
