When an application is running full screen, hovering over the left edge of the screen does not invoke the Unity Launcher.

 1). Is this bug reproduceable?
 2).If so than what steps should we follow to reproduce it?

Thanks, Muhammad! To answer your questions....

1. Yes, it is reproducible, but it is also intermittent. It is happening on both my computers, and with all apps.
2. I can't seem to control it, the problem just comes and goes. It was happening just now with Libre Office and the Screenshot application, so I tried to record a video of it. When I opened Firefox during the video, the problem went away.

However, I did get a screenshot of a program open, showing my mouse against the left edge of the screen and the Unity Launcher still hidden. I will try to get a video the next time this happens, but for now, here is the screenshot.

Oops, looking at my screenshot, I see it didn't record the pointer, even though I had this option selected. Another bug, LOL!
