I have had my host sleeping so much in the last two weeks and update must have done something. this error was detected when it was coming out of the sleep cycle and poof

please for the love of whatever god you believe in can you tell me how I can force my host to *never every enter standby state* I've tweaked with the limited controls in the bios and s1 or s3 make no difference nor does the "never standby" option in power control of the settings.....arrrrrggghhhh

The sleeping is possibly bug 862813, but the GPU stuff is a separate issue.

Sadly the error capture tool didn't snag a valid gpu dump in this case (the error codes are all zero'd out). However a few other people have reported similar bugs that occur on suspend/resume so perhaps the necessary data is already in hand.
