Bug Description
When I have another user logged in to the system (e.g. on VT1 for debugging), the shutdown menu from lightdm doesn't work. I get the prompt asking whether I want to shutdown or reboot, but clicking either of these options causes the dialog to go away while leaving the system running.
Expected behavior: a password prompt to confirm that I want to force a shutdown.
