Bug Description

In the panel, navigating the dates/days within the calendar located in the datetime-indicator-menu using the keyboard results in users getting trapped. That is, pressing Esc does not exit the menu. And using the arrow keys only takes you to the boundaries of the calendar (pressing the arrow keys at the boundaries of the calendar does not move focus onto other items in the menu (for example, the "Time & Date Settings...." option). The only way to escape the menu is to use the mouse/touchpad and click somewhere else on the desktop.

This is in contrast to how all the other panel indicators behave. With the other panel indicators, users can press the "Esc" key, which exits them from the indicator-menu. Or users can use the arrow keys to move the focus throughout the menu and off the menu entirely should they choose.

At a minimum, if the user presses the "Esc" key when "stuck" in the calendar then they should be exited from the calendar menu.
