Bug Description
When there is an error contacting the server, we show a dialog to the user with the error in it. This is clearly not good for the user experience. In release mode we should provide a nicer solution.
We need some feedback from the design team to see how the dialog should look like.
Attached an image with the current dialog with an ugly image in it.

Maybe showing a nice picture and a legend "something went wrong", and perhaps offering the option to show "debug" info with a expander, so the error can be read if the user expands that...
