ecb package will not install; prevents upgrade

Performing a natty->oneiric upgrade on a system with ecb installed will fail since ecb's deps appear to be broken:

$ apt-cache show ecb|grep ^Depends

Problem is that ecb requires cedet-common, which isn't available in oneiric.

Note that if you have ecb installed, upgrading to oneiric will fail.

cedet is now (as of Oneiric) included with emacs, so cedet should be removed from ecb's dependency list.
