Bug Description
In latest Oneiric Ocelot, minimize will not remove the application menu and buttons from global-menu.
what happens :
- the window disappears (which is expected)
- but the menu and buttons remain in global-menu
- Interacting with menu does indeed interact with the application (!)
- in the launcher, the app has the visual hint saying it is active.
- clicking on the icon in the launcher won't make the window reappear.
what is expected:
- the window is hidden
- it is not active anymore and disappears from global-menu
- clicking on its icon in launcher restores it

Clicking in another app (or opening a new app) will make the launcher aware that the initial application is not active anymore. Then clicking on its icon will make it reappear as expected.
