There are duplicate Icons for Ubuntu One App in in Dash, see the screenshot from comment #2.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug. The duplicate icon in the system settings is tracked in bug #838778, so this bug should track only the duplicate icon in the unity dash. Based on this, I have updated the title and the description, and assigned this bug to the unity package.
