Moving a window while it is being resized by core caused unpredictable movement

Bug Description
This is another side-effect of bug 860304 , moving a window while it was resized would cause the move plugin to use serverGeometry, which isn't representative of what we last got from the server. Since we update w->geometry immediately on movement anyways, use w->geometry
