Bug Description

Binary package hint: bluetooth

Hi,

this problem occurs with a Logitech bluetooth Hub and the keyboard/mouse associated
(Cordless Elite Keyboard + MX900).

When booting on the live CD, I can use the keyboard, but when Gnome is loaded, I have to unplugg/plugg again the usb cable of the bluetooth Hub (the base used to recharge the mouse) to get the mouse and the keyboard to work.

I have exactly the same problem. Except with Edgy.

I had it too with the previous release of Ubuntu.

And the problem is still unresolved at this time on Feisty (system up to date).

Is there any thing that I can send to help this problem to be resolved ?

Regards

I have the Logitech MX5000 Bluetooth Keyboard/Mouse and I am experiencing the same exact problems with both Edgy and Feisty.

Thank you for the how to.

I decided to give another try to the problem and finally got it to work (not perfectly, but I don't have to unplug/plug anymore).

Regards,
Typhoe
