Window buttons are not convenient (look video)

Bug Description
If window not maximized, window buttons not duplicating on top panel. So if I need close or minimize many windows (some windowed, some maximized), I need move mouse on desktop. It's not convenient. I didn't think that it is a problem to duplicate this buttons on top panel. Look video for understanding (look for mouse cursor).
