No, it should show installed + uninstalled, starting with 6.1 groups of buttons are OR-ed instead of AND-ed. The web client behaves as expected.

Not that I know, OR-ing takes its place and the usability team has decided not to overload the "button groups" visuals with multiple highly disparate behaviors for now. Button groups get OR-ed, separate buttons (and groups) get AND-ed, no radios.
