HP plugin fails to install

Bug Description

After the autointaller downloads the plugin it sais: "Plug-in file does not match its digital signature"
Of course after this the plugin doesn't get installed and the printer doesn't work.

The attached 'output' file is a copy of the console output of the error.

This is NOT a duplicate of #827196 #406570 #302627 or all other failed plugin bugs, because in this case the error occurs prior to the actual installation

the openprinting website where the plugins for HP are stored is down, so that's partly why all plugin install for HP printers are fucked up.
