Unity Alt+Tab switching skips scribes windows

Ubuntu 11.10 beta.
Scribes (text editor) windows do not appear in new unity alt+tab application switching.

It is not possible to use alt+tab unity application switcher to switch to scribes windows.

To reproduce:
1) Open a few windows from any apps - browser, open office writer, ...
2) Open a few scribes text editor windows
3) Alt+tab - scribes windows do not appear in unity application switcher.

Issue seems to be solved by latest updates to 11.10 beta.

I got exactly the same problem with scribes (ppa version) in 11.10

Additionally, if I stick the scribes launcher to the menu bar, it always starts a new instance of Scribes. Here's a screenshot to clarify this: http://s1.anyimg.com/img/dci9160/Scribes-Fail.png

I think the Unity developers will be in a better position to address this problem. This sounds like a window management bug, not an application bug.

I can't seem to replicate the issue in Precise Alpha2 here.

I am having this issue too, in 12.04 Release. I think it has to do with how unity handles windows as the exact same thing happens in many other 3rd party applications.
