Evolution list heads are inconsistent with other Gtk apps

Bug Description

The headings / titles for lists in Evolution are inconsistent with those found in other Gtk-native applications. I've attached a screenshot showing this. It's not only the email list as well, but the contacts list, lists in the calendar, and more.

I'm running 10.04.3, Evolution 2.30.3.

Confirmed, it's not displaying exactly the same (the evolution list headers look a little more like buttons), though it's unclear whether this is wanted or a side effect of how the list is implemented.

I'm fairly certain that the Evolution team knows about this and once had a desire to fix it and make it consistent with the Gtk theme, but apparently it's been forgotten about.

Bug from 2011. Version not longer supportet.
