windows can only be raised by clicking on title bar

The new defaults seem to have 'Click to Focus', Raise on Click' & Auto-Raise all enabled. Previously Auto-Raise was not default enabled & users could click anywhere in the window to raise.
Maybe this is now intended but could cause some user confusion/frustration

Just to note - on a live session one can click anywhere in the window to raise, on an install this stops working, whether initially or after a period of time unfortunately didn't pay close enough attention, will on next fresh

Could you further explain the issue? I'm not experiencing this. It seems likely to be a local configuration issue.

I typically do fresh install weekly, for some reason on some of them over the dev period windows could only be raised from the title bar, not window body. ( never changed any compiz setting related to this.

However as of the last couple of installs inc. today's daily raising windows works as expected.
