Hebrew translation of Skype

I prepared a Hebrew translation and uploaded it to the Skype forums, I think it would be great to add it by default to the Skype package so that Hebrew users will get it automatically.

I think only the qm is needed so that the translation will appear. (Attached)

Hi, a new skype version 4.1.0.20.0-0ubuntu0.12.04.2 is available, could you please try if you still have the bug with the new version?

If you still have this problem please set the status back to "new".

What are you talking about? This is the Hebrew translation, it's not a bug!

While I'm glad to see skype translated into more languages, this is not a change that's appropriate for us to make to the package in the partner archive. This translation would need to be included upstream.
