Bug Description

Upon opening Accession Editor to do a new entry, on 'source' tab when 'collection' is expanded, it appears to be showing the lat/long of the first entry in the 'collection' table - not in the actual text boxes, but to the right of the North/South/East/West buttons. I checked in the 'collection' table and even though these co-ords are showing in the window of the editor for a new accession entry, they are not being saved to that entry if I leave the lat/long text boxes blank (thankfully!).

Similarly with 'notes' for 'propagation' on same tab - it shows the note from the last entry in 'propagation' tab, but again this is not saved to the table for my new entry. When I re-open the editor of an entry just saved, this erroneous note still shows in the window, despite not showing in the table for that entry. When I deleted the note from the editor window and saved, I noticed '' for the entry in table/column 'propagation.notes' (ie. null value?).

Though relating to a similar part of the window to Bug #857882 , I think what is reported here will have a different diagnosis
