High CPU usage from java 98% - 100%

My employer uses http://www.hobsoft.com/tests/jwttest.jsp for remote access.
While using it today java started using 98% to 100% CPU according to top command.

It affects Eclipse to the extend that you can't use it normally. The whole system slows down.
