GNOME log out is interrupted by 'Not responding' Tomboy Notes

Bug Description

If I run Tomboy Notes and then try to log out of my Unity session, a dialog is displayed that says:

    A program is still running:
        Tomboy Notes
        Not responding
Waiting for the program to finish. Interrupting the program may cause you to lose work.

Since Tomboy auto-saves and behaves as an indicator icon that always runs in the background, it should silently quit instead of interrupting the log out process.

I have the same problem. Would be nice if it could be fixed.
