update manager gives error

Bug Description

when we start the update manager it works well all the pakages downloaded than in the end the erroe is came,
see the screen shot and following error

it is saying that they can be ignored but after this if we close it than there is not an option to install updates means we cant click on the install updates and in the update manager there is not a list of updates

it was a mirror error and now it is solved i have discussed it in irc so now there is no such type of issue
