On timezone page, city list is not accessible

Bug Description

On the timezone page, when the user enter a city in the text field, a list o cities is displayed. This list is not accessible and the user cannot select a city with a screen reader.

pretty hard to do it with just the keyboard to be honest, you need a mouse and good hand-eye coordination to get your city. If you do the install with an active net connection it will guess where you are, and it gets it right for me.
