Email logos from DP should be linked to DP not SCA

Bug Description:
Currently the top orange logo and the bottom goto dev portal logos both point to sc.staging.ubuntu.com due to it sharing a common url with the api. The api needs to sca however the email should be pointing to myapps.

Simple solution is to add a url_for_email and have it configurable.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create an application
2. Wait on the email
3. Hover over the logos note the url

Expected Result:
I expect anything going out to the End Users to point the the place the End User needs to go.

As mentioned in bug #904877 this also affects the link back to the devportal in the html emails.
