Upgrade From 2.2.0 to 2.2.2 Fails

I followed the instructions for upgrading from "Upgrading Calpont InfiniDB using the DEB package" in the "Jump Start" guide. Everything seemed to go fine until the last step:

$ sudo dpkg -i calpont*
Selecting previously deselected package calpont.
(Reading database ... 33888 files and directories currently installed.)
Unpacking calpont (from calpont_2.2.2-2_amd64.deb) ...
Selecting previously deselected package calpont-mysql.
Unpacking calpont-mysql (from calpont-mysql_2.2.2-2_amd64.deb) ...
Selecting previously deselected package calpont-mysqld.
Unpacking calpont-mysqld (from calpont-mysqld_2.2.2-2_amd64.deb) ...
Setting up calpont (2.2.2-2) ...
cplogger: error while loading shared libraries: libmessageqcpp.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Calpont RPM install completed

Setting up calpont-mysql (2.2.2-2) ...
Calpont RPM install completed

Setting up calpont-mysqld (2.2.2-2) ...
Calpont RPM install completed

Processing triggers for libc-bin ...
ldconfig deferred processing now taking place

Then when I try to start InfiniDB:

$ sudo service infinidb start
infinidb: unrecognized service

Hi Jon,

It looks like you missed a step. Please execute the install script.

/usr/local/Calpont/bin/install-infinidb.sh

You also should configure the InfiniDB Aliases.

. /usr/local/Calpont/bin/calpontAlias
