Hello,

I am testing ubuntu amd64 build 20110921.1 on virtualbox 4.0.12 64 bits

At install menu there missing keyboard layout French/swiss and don't found internet.... so come wrong country detection...

I was able to confirm that there is no entry for French and Switzerland on an Oneiric amd64 desktop image dated 2011-10-03.

on last Iso Testing version [20111007], still missing keyboard layout swiss/french but internet detection are fixed

The keyboard is available under German(Switzerland) -> then on the variant option you have French - Switzerland

(which is wrong) since it is not a German(Switzerland) but a French - Switzerland.
