Bug Description

With yesterday's update, my wireless access no longer works. After re-installing libnss3, I at least get the Network Manager back, but neither the wired or wireless connections are being managed and won't work... When Ubuntu boots up, there's a long pause where it sits while "Waiting for network configuration"...

This is quite a showstopper!

As a side note, I am not sure if this is posted against the right service (libnss3).
