Daily recipe does not patch changelog to current release

Look at the natty build's changelog.

This is the result:

dkms-hda (0.201109201818~natty1) maverick; urgency=low

Expected result:

dkms-hda (0.201109201818~natty1) natty; urgency=low

According to abentley, we have the necessary data, we just need to use it. According to james_w, http://paste.ubuntu.com/694633/ is the likely fix. We just need a test for it.

From abentley: We have no automated tests for this behavior. We do have test_buildd_recipe, which we can use to test things manually. If we changed 'maverick' to 'natty' in that file maybe it would trigger the broken behavior? To do this, you need a local Soyuz (https://dev.launchpad.net/Soyuz/HowToUseSoyuzLocally)
