"Sessions" in new Control Center should be under Personal

Bug Description

Currently "Sessions" is under "System" in the control center. There's nothing in there that modifies anything outside of the user's personal preferences, so it would make more sense for it to be located under "Personal".

   * debian/patches/80_fix_desktop_category.patch:
     - update the capplet desktop file category (Ubuntu: #85545)
