After a crash in bazaar, my Subversion checkout ends up with a stale Bazaar lock:
"Unable to obtain lock file:///home/dcoles/project/.svn/bzr/lock held by David Coles <dcoles> on aw33 (process #31111), acquired 2 minutes, 21 seconds ago.
Will continue to try until 14:49:16, unless you press Ctrl-C."
Attempting to fix this with `bzr break-lock` causes a crash as SVNCheckout does not support break_lock. I assume this should call both the Bazaar and the Subversion "break lock" methods.
