I fixed it by deleting ubuntuone-file-storage-api module:

sudo rm -rf /usr/lib/pymodules/python2.7/ubuntuone-file-storage-api

The correct version is now loading from
/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/ubuntuone-storage-protocol/ubuntuone/
