Bug Description

if i install sales or other modules that ask a chart of account, the wizard that propose a chart should appear, even in simplfied interface.

I have tested as your description with latest code of trunk with revision ID: launchpad_translations_on_behalf_of_openerp-20110927044752-uiboscqhxxr0qmit. Its working fine as expected.
