Bug Description

Request Tracker v4.02 was released over a month ago and fixed bugs in 4.01.

When Ubuntu 11.10 is released, please make the package for Request Tracker the latest 4.02.

The Debian maintainer of the RT packages suggested that I file this bug here to make sure that the latest RT version is included in the 11.10 Ubuntu release.

precise has 4.0.4 and quantal 4.0.6
if there are fixes you absolutely need backported to oneiric please file separate bugs.
