The text in the program is only translated in 50%. I would like that the whole program was in Polish.
(Chciałbym żeby ktoś przetłumaczył program do końca, ponieważ jest przetłumaczony tylko w połowie, co widać na zamieszczonych powyżej statystykach.)

At the moment the highest priority is assigned to Ubuntu 11.10 release thet comes out in a month. When Ubuntu is released I can take care of Geany. I assigned the bug report to myself to not forget but any help will be welcome cause since a few weeks I'm totaly out of time:/

If the situation You described is still a problem You should contact Geany developer team and ask why translations are still out of the program. From translator's point of view there is nothing more to do.
