Dash icons' "frozen effect" broken for section "Apps Available for Download"

Bug Description
The distances and directions of the blurred icons in the "Apps Available for Download" section seem off, compared to the ones in the other sections. Especially at the top row this leads to a bad visual experience with cut-off icons. Screenshot attached.
