This happened twice in a row. I can still use the system, and I can't find any huge issues.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that something went wrong during the bug reporting process though as your UbiquitySyslog attachment isn't really the syslog from when you were installing Ubuntu. Could you please manually add the file syslog from /var/log/installer/ and partman from that folder too? Additionally it would help if we could see the file '/usr/share/ apport/ package- hooks/source_ ubiquity. py' to figure out what went wrong. Thanks in advance.
