missing filter on grouped results

AFAICS filters are applied on raw data not on the results
the problem described below can not be solved.

I have analyzed this issue , This is reproducible with all statistic reports.So I am consider this as generalize problem from server side due to wrong search ids.

IMHO a general problem is that OpenERP is not designed to filter/order results, which is mandatory to get a positive user feedback.
