https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+filebug has timed out a couple of times recently, with eg OOPS-2088DX16 while looking for similar bugs.

(apparently distinct from bug 618380.)

That OOPS is unrelated. It appears to be Project:+filebug failing when JS hasn't initialised.
