[Oneiric] Leave menu is missing shutdown

Sometime in the last week or so the kubuntu Oneiric leave menu seems to have lost the shutdown option.

It now has:

Session:
  Log out
  Lock
  Switch user

System:
  Sleep
  Hibernate

(The shutdown button had got somewhat unreliable, but still, not had it disappear before!).

No I'm running lightdm.
(with the lightdm-gtk-greeter).

Shutdown is not supported with anything but KDM unfortunately. That is an upstream limitation so you might want to report a bug at bugs.kde.org to get this resolved.

FWIW, I can't get a shutdown menu in kde only when using lightdm. See shutdown when using kdm OR gdm.

I confirm this. I am using lightdm and having the same issue which is very annoying. Shutdown should be available with lightdm also.

Appeared in Ubuntu 13.10, KDE 4.11.3.
