[panel] libreoffice opened maximised has no title bar

Using unity-2d 4.8.0-0ubuntu1 in Oneiric Beta if I open LibreOffice writer or calc with an already maximised window then the LibreOffice window title bar does not appear in the top panel, so no close, minimise, maximise buttons.
The problem is not seen on Unity-3D.

@Colin can you please confirm that this problem is not seen on U3D? I'm having a similar issue with U3D here.

The icon doesn't show up in the launcher, either.

Also, I can only reliably reproduce with the "LibreOffice" launcher that doesn't open any document. If I start Calc, Writer or any of the launchers that open an empty document, most of the time everything's fine.

If I close all the documents and get the empty window that way, the launcher thinks it's still Calc or Writer or whatever.

All this to me suggests it's BAMF that has problems with Libre's windows.

After some IRC discussion we've confirmed that indeed it's bamf having to work around Libre issues, it's not 100% reproducible due to race conditions.
