No right side frame for windows when using emerald decorator

emerald decorator not showing right side frame in all application windows.
I changed my emerald theme but the bug exists in all themes. Finally I deleted my "~/.emerald" folder but bug still exists.So I think it is not a fault of my setting or themes. Anybody please help

when I maximize the window, the three bar(minimize,close,maximize) disappreared.

I hope it helps. It solved the right side window bug and also the windows buttons whn window is maximized.
