skype is not a executable

apt-get purge skype
apt-get install skype

After purge and reinstall skype, something is changed, but still not executable, see below:

[tom@~]$skype: error while loading shared libraries: libXss.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I have checked that I found the Xss packages are installed.
